DescriptionSafety Performance and Promotion
- Monitor Safety Reports including ORF reports from TM and other reports from all ANs Departments and maintaining a Database of all reports.
- Maintain records of all Safety promotion documentation and manage the promotion plan in communication with the line manager .
- Coordinate and liaise with other ANS Departments to maintain all Safety information within the Safety and Quality Database.
- Ensure proper documentation required for Quality & Safety section
Administrative Support
- Prepare and maintain templates and forms for Quality & Safety section.
- Monitor and manage the administration of Management of change documentation in coordination with other ANS departments.
- Maintain the office and all equipment in good condition
Communication
- Effectively communicate with internal and external parties by preparing memos, letters, faxes etc. as advised by the management team of Quality & Safety section.
Document Management
- Managing and producing accurately referenced documents pertaining to Quality & Safety for easy retrieval.
Reporting
- Ensure that all functional reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet GCAA requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain and extract reports from the following databases:
SMS Documentation and report, SPMC, Safety meetings
- Provide the line manager with accurate and timely daily and monthly safety reports to facilitate decision making.
- Support the line manager in the generation of monthly reports involving SMS review, Safety Concerns, Safety Recommendations, Safety Training, Safety Committee charts, Internal/external Audits.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
A university degree in business administration or equivalent with 2 years’ experience in administration management.
