Conduct routine quality and safety checks during production
Assist in maintaining BRC/ISO documentation, reports, and compliance logs
Coordinate with AWR HO HSE team on safety initiatives and updates
Support hazard identification and implementation of safety control measures
Assist in reporting, recording, and filing safety incident reports and near misses
Maintain inspection records and assist in audit readiness
Provide basic training to operators on hygiene, PPE, and safety awareness
Assist in internal quality checks and follow-ups on corrective actions
Support quality testing and simple line inspections during production
Act as a team player, collaborating with production, QA, and HSE personnel
Educational Qualification
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or Occupational Health & Safety
Work Experience
1–2 years in a manufacturing or packaging environment
Exposure to BRC/ISO audits, hazard control, or incident reporting is preferred
Competencies
Basic understanding of quality checks and safety procedures
Familiarity with ERP and audit tracking systems
Good communication and observation skills
Responsible and proactive, with willingness to learn
Team-oriented and able to support multiple functions
Languages
English (basic communication required)
Additional language is a plus
