Head of HSSE Strategy & Performance

Lead Corporate HSSE strategy and performance, including annual business planning, objectives, KPIs, scorecards and management reviews. Monitor performance, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and ensure accurate executive and governance reporting. Drive HSSE digital transformation through dashboards, automation, analytics and data governance. Benchmark performance, lead continuous improvement and maturity assessments, support resource planning, and coach the team. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management or a related discipline, 10–12 years’ relevant experience, strong English, and experience in HSSE performance management, governance, analytics and organizational improvement. Oil and gas experience is preferred; NEBOSH Diploma, ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor and PMP certifications are advantageous.
