Eram Talent, a leading Talent Acquisition Consultancy specialized in the Oil & Gas sector, is seeking a dedicated HSE Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial in ensuring the implementation of effective health, safety, and environmental management practices in the workplace.

The HSE Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining compliance with industry regulations, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a culture of safety within the organization. By collaborating closely with various teams, you will ensure that our operational standards meet both local and international safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE policies and programs tailored to the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Lead safety training sessions and workshops to enhance employee awareness and competency in HSE matters.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses, providing reports and recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Monitor and analyze HSE performance data and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Work closely with teams to promote a positive safety culture across all operations.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Thorough understanding of local and international HSE regulations and best practices.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively engage with all levels of employees.
  • Proficient in the use of HSE management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable.
  • SMS implementation, follow up and performance tracking
  • Monitor actions, close out and compliance requirements
  • Preparing, reviewing and updating HSE procedure and documentation
  • Strong technical writing skill, including reports, safety communications and formal HSE documents
