HSE Inspector

WSP is seeking a qualified and motivated HSE Inspector to join our team for a major airport infrastructure project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with solid experience in construction supervision, particularly in the aviation or infrastructure sector, and must hold a valid SCE registration in Health and Safety.

• Monitor and inspect site activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments on-site.
• Report any unsafe acts, conditions, and near misses and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Verify contractor’s compliance with approved HSE plans and procedures.
• Liaise with the construction team and contractors to enforce a strong safety culture.
• Maintain accurate records of safety observations, violations, and compliance reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in construction supervision on infrastructure/airport projects.
• Must be a Saudi national.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration in Health and Safety.
• Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and international HSE standards.
