HSE Manager

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  
• Develop, implement, and maintain OHS policies, procedures, and programs aligned with ISO 45001 standards.
  
• Lead workplace safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Manage incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
  
• Coordinate and deliver safety training programs and awareness sessions to staff and contractors.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

Academic Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
  

• NEBOSH Diploma Level 6 or equivalent advanced safety qualification.
  

Professional Certifications:

• NEBOSH IGC / NGC (Required)
  

• IOSH Managing Safely / IOSH Working Safely / OSHA (Preferable)
  

• Certified ISO 45001 Lead Auditor (Required)
  

Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety roles.
  

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position within HSE/OHS domain.
