Role Purpose
<\/div>
<\/div>
To develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental systems, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and promoting a culture of safety and sustainability across the groupâs logistics and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
<\/div>
<\/div>
ï· Implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and systems in compliance with national regulations and group standards.
<\/div>
<\/div>
ï· Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits across warehouses, transport operations, and manufacturing facilities.
<\/div>
<\/div>
ï· Drive awareness, training, and behavioral safety programs among staff and contractors.
<\/div>
<\/div>
ï· Investigate accidents, incidents, and near\-misses; recommend corrective and preventive actions.
<\/div>
<\/div>
ï· Ensure environmental management in areas like waste disposal, emissions, energy, and plastic usage\/recycling.
<\/div>
<\/div>
ï· Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure safe equipment and facility conditions.
<\/div>
<\/div>
ï· Prepare HSE reports and maintain documentation for audits and certifications (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.).

Qualifications & Experience

ï· Education: Diploma \/ Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Occupational Health & Safety.

ï· Certifications: NEBOSH IGC \/ IOSH \/ OSHA certification preferred.
<\/div>

ï· Experience:
<\/div>
<\/div>
o 3â5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in 3PL, logistics, or plastic manufacturing industries.
<\/div>
<\/div>
o Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and EMS systems.
<\/div>
<\/div>
ï· Skills Required:
<\/div>
<\/div>
o Strong knowledge of industrial safety, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
<\/div>

o Excellent communication and training skills.
<\/div>

o Proficiency in MS Office and HSE reporting tools.
