HSE Officer

With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice – Dubai’s new luxurious Venetian-Inspired Waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our onsite Supervision team based at Dubai.

As a HSE Officer, you will be responsible for Implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental standards across high-rise tower construction projects, Ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations and company HSE policies from design through handover.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental standards across high-rise tower construction projects
• Ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations and company HSE policies from design through handover
• Conducting site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks to identify and mitigate hazards
• Enforcing permit-to-work systems for hot work, work at height, confined space, and lifting operations
• Monitoring contractor and subcontractor HSE performance and compliance
• Liaising with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and Civil Defence on inspections and approvals
• Investigating incidents and near misses, and preparing corrective action reports
• Conducting HSE inductions, training, and emergency preparedness drills

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
• NEBOSH IGC (mandatory); IOSH Managing Safely, OSHA 30, or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 10–15 years of HSE experience in construction, with a strong preference for high-rise tower projects in Dubai/UAE
• Prior experience with consultancy or supervision firms strongly preferred
• Sound knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, Dubai Municipality codes, Trakhees, and Estidama requirements
• Strong incident investigation, auditing, and reporting skills
