HSE Officer - Plant Experience (Immediate Joiners) (25 Day Short Term)

Eram Talent is urgently seeking an experienced HSE Officer with plant experience for a short-term contract of 25 days. This immediate joiner position is ideal for candidates who are proficient in managing health, safety, and environmental standards in industrial or plant settings. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the plant operations during the contract period.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Monitor safe work practices and ensure all employees adhere to safety protocols.
• Assist in incident investigations and prepare detailed reports.
• Facilitate safety meetings and toolbox talks to enhance awareness on site.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to HSE activities throughout the contract.
• Provide guidance and support on emergency preparedness and response measures.
• Collaborate with site management to promote a culture of safety.
• Perform any additional duties required to ensure successful completion of HSE objectives within the 25-day period.

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HSE Officer with specific plant experience.
• Strong understanding of plant safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to conduct effective safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with incident investigation and reporting.
• Ready to join immediately for a 25-day short-term assignment.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with emergency response procedures in a plant environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
