HSE Officer - PTW

• Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
  
• Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards.
  
• Promote and support a strong HSE culture among staff and subcontractors.
  
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  
• Administer and monitor the Permit to Work (PTW) system to ensure all high-risk work is authorized and controlled.
  
• Maintain and update permit records and logs accurately.​
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Science / Environmental Health or related field.
  

• Certified in NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent.
  

• Minimum 3 to 5years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, or industrial settings.
  

• Proven experience in managing Permit to Work systems.
