Job Description:
HSE Officer (UAE National)
Dubai, Sharjah - UAE
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented HSE Officer (UAE Nationals) to join our team! In this role you will get to provide HSE support and guidance to construction and project team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Monitor site activities to ensure safe work practices and compliance with government regulations, OSHAD, and company HSE policies.
Support construction and project teams with HSE guidance, inspections, safety walk-downs, and participation in HSE meetings and campaigns.
Conduct HSE inductions and safety awareness sessions for workers and visitors.
Assist in incident/near-miss investigations, reporting hazards, and coordinating corrective actions with contractors and the HSE team.
Promote a “Zero Accidents” culture by identifying unsafe conditions, recommending practical solutions, and recognizing good HSE performance.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor Degree/Higher Diploma in Engineering
Fresh graduates with interest and knowledge in health and safety and encouraged to apply
Good English communication and interpersonal skills
HSE Training certificates including but not limited to NEBOSH
