Description

Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Site Manager for our client in KSA. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in promoting and ensuring a safe working environment across all site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems and policies specific to site activities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify safety hazards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.
  • Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including risk assessments, incident reports, and safety plans.
  • Provide training and support to site personnel on safe work practices and emergency response procedures.
  • Monitor adherence to safety protocols, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure a proactive approach to health and safety.
  • Promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility among site workers through effective communication.
  • Report HSE performance metrics to senior management and recommend improvements to safety programs.


Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in construction or industrial environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for risk assessment and incident investigation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and safety culture.
  • Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE qualifications is preferred.
  • Experience with HSE management systems and familiarity with industry-specific regulations.
  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
