📌 Position: Instructor – Safety
Minimum Qualifications (must meet at least one):
Minimum Qualifications (must meet at least one):
- Bachelor’s or Higher Degree in Industrial/Vocational Education, Engineering, or Science + 4 years industrial training experience (2 years in Safety preferred).
- Associate degree/Equivalent + 6 years industrial training experience (2 years in Safety preferred).
- Craft-Certified (No Degree) + 8 years field experience (2 years in Safety preferred). Professional trainer certification preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of recent experience.
- High level of computer proficiency.
- Experience with smart learning technologies is preferred.
- Place of Work: High Training Institute – Dammam/Dhahran (with possible relocation to other cities).
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day.
- Contract Duration: 1-year contract, renewable annually.
- Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary of 7,500 – 12,000 SAR per month, plus:
- Performance bonus (up to 3 months).
- Allowances: 25% housing, 10% transportation, and 1,000 SAR food allowance (single-status contracts).
- Candidates must be able to pay their own Work Visa upfront (cost reimbursed upon successful commencement of employment).
- Relocation assistance: flights, accommodation, and allowances provided.
