Job Description – HSE Lead
Project\: Ma’aden Phosphate 3 Phase One Project
Location\: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Position Summary
The Safety Lead is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and oversight to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities across the Ma’aden Phosphate 3 Phase One Project. The role ensures full compliance with company standards, Ma’aden requirements, and applicable Saudi regulations while driving a proactive safety culture across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
HSE Leadership & Strategy
• Lead the implementation of the project HSE Management System in alignment with ISO 45001 standards.
• Develop and execute HSE strategies, objectives, and plans to meet project safety targets.
• Act as the primary focal point for HSE matters between the client (Ma’aden), contractors, and stakeholders.
• Foster a strong safety culture through leadership engagement and behavioral-based safety initiatives.
