Manage correspondence related to quality and safety matters, including emails, letters, and memos, and ensuring timely responses, quality and appropriate follow-ups.
Manage the day-to-day activities in the office and ensure the conditions of the equipment.
Prepare and maintain templates and forms for the Quality & Safety section.
Monitor and manage the work of Management of change documentation in coordination with other ANS various departments.
Communication
Collaborate with the business units to ensure the timely completion of quality and safety-related tasks and initiatives by distributing information, announcements, and memos to relevant staff members.
Support internal and external stakeholders by addressing their queries and providing assistance as needed.
Assist in organizing internal and external events, such as conferences, seminars, meetings, and team-building activities.
Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate, plan and facilitate the section’s daily operations activities.
Document Management
Maintain and update quality and safety-related documents, digital filling systems and ensuring confidentiality an easy retrieval of documents.
Assist in the development and formatting of reports, presentations, and other documentation related to quality and safety.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
A university degree in business administration or equivalent with 2 years’ experience in administration management.
