Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Ensure QHSE management system processes are implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 across the organization.
- Develop, update, and manage QHSE manuals, procedures, formats, and other documented information.
- Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits and report findings.
- Identify and report nonconformities and potential nonconformities through NCRs.
- Collect and analyze customer satisfaction surveys and register complaints and nonconformities.
- Support root cause analysis and coordinate correction, corrective and preventive actions with concerned departments.
- Assist in certification, renewal, and recertification audits in coordination with certifying bodies.
- Collaborate with other functions to ensure smooth execution of external and client audits.
- Prepare monthly QHSE performance reports and evaluate system effectiveness using KPIs.
- Conduct internal QHSE training sessions in line with the annual training schedule.
- Assist in preparing for Management Review Meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Group QHSSE Manager.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Internal QHSEMS Auditors & NEBOSH Certification
Experience: 2-3 years relevant experience in an administrative role with knowledge of QHSE management system requirements
Languages: Fluency in English is essential and Arabic is preferred
Software: Proficient in MS Office
Required: UAE Valid Driving License
