QHSE Officer ensures that the service provider delivers maintenance, cleaning, and security services in a safe, high-quality, and environmentally responsible manner. They oversee multiple sites, ensuring that technical teams and subcontractors adhere to safety protocols like working-at-height and electrical safety.
Develop and maintain the Integrated Management System in compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Safety).
Conduct regular safety audits of client facilities (offices, residential buildings, warehouses) and staff accommodations to identify hazards.
Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and risk assessments for FM-specific activities like HVAC maintenance, and waste management.
Ensure that third-party contractors (e.g., lift maintenance or pest control) follow the company's safety standard and site-specific permit to work.
Deliver QHSE inductions, Toolbox Talks (TBT), and specific training on fire safety, chemical handling, and first aid.
Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) for accidents or near-misses and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Liaise with local authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense) for regulatory inspections and licensing
Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
