Safety Advisor - Oil & Gas (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is seeking a dedicated Safety Advisor specializing in the Oil & Gas sector to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies, conducting training, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enhance safety procedures and policies within the organization.
• Facilitate safety training sessions and workshops for all employees.
• Investigate and report on safety incidents, determining root causes and preventive measures.
• Advise management on safety compliance and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with various teams to promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
• Stay updated on safety regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• At least 15+ years of experience in safety management within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Extensive knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Extensive experience in gas plants or oil and gas sector, with a deep understanding of operational safety issues specific to this industry.
• Experience in conducting safety training and audits, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Prior experience in advisory or management roles where safety strategy, compliance, and performance were key responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to promote safety awareness.
• Certifications related to safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable.
