Sobha Group? Ensures that all site personnel attend the site induction prior to working on site. ? Carry out periodic site safety inspections and report back findings to site management. ? Keep and maintain clear records to comply with safety management system and internal audit standards. ? Communicate and promote the health and safety management ethos and concepts. ? Deliver training as agreed with the Health & Safety Manager. ? Ensure that project has been provided with the relevant statutory health and safety documentation. ? Identify ideas for improvement and issues encouraged. ? Provide support to the Health & Safety Manager and site management on incident investigation. ? Liaise directly with Project Managers on health and safety matters. ? Attends regular project safety department meetings. ? Set a personal example of safe behavior.
