Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards for offshore operations.
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and mitigation planning.
- Ensure compliance with international and local HSE regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
- Carry out safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations; prepare reports and corrective action plans.
- Deliver HSE training and awareness programs for offshore personnel.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure readiness of safety equipment.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records for regulatory and client requirements.
- Liaise with project teams to integrate HSE considerations into planning and execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HSE roles within offshore oil & gas projects.
