Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards for offshore operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and mitigation planning.
  • Ensure compliance with international and local HSE regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
  • Carry out safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations; prepare reports and corrective action plans.
  • Deliver HSE training and awareness programs for offshore personnel.
  • Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure readiness of safety equipment.
  • Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records for regulatory and client requirements.
  • Liaise with project teams to integrate HSE considerations into planning and execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HSE roles within offshore oil & gas projects.
