• Position: Senior Trainer 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Trainer with a strong background in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and relevant approvals to join our team. The Senior Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our employees, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• ADNOC-approved HSE Trainer – mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE training within oil & gas, construction, or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC Codes of Practice, HSEMS, and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience managing and supervising training teams and site supervisors.
• Excellent knowledge of HSE documentation, approvals, and reporting.
• Ability to liaise effectively with government authorities and client representatives.
• Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Develop and deliver training programs related to HSE for all levels of employees
• - Conduct training needs analysis and identify areas for improvement
• - Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards in all training programs
• - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
• - Stay updated with industry developments and changes in HSE regulations
• - Collaborate with HSE team to develop and implement safety procedures and policies
• - Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
• - Provide guidance and support to employees on HSE-related matters
• - Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee certifications
