Identify and develop new business opportunities: lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, networking in relevant industries.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients (distributors, contractors, firms, utilities).
Present and demonstrate product portfolio; understand technical specifications; advise customers on correct products, safety standards and applications.
Understand local regulations, standards and certification requirements for safety / electrical protection equipment, ensuring compliance.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts / terms.
Achieve assigned sales targets (volume, revenue, margin) within assigned territory.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends; report feedback to management; suggest adjustments in pricing, marketing or product range.
Coordinate with logistics, import/customs, and after-sales to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback on product performance, potential product improvements or adaptations needed for the Saudi market (e.g. local certifications, materials, packaging etc.).
Maintain accurate records of sales contacts, forecasts, and pipeline in CRM or other tools.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent) preferred.
Strong technical aptitude; experience with safety / electrical protection equipment or related fields is a plus.
Demonstrable sales experience (B2B) in industrial / electrical / utility / construction sectors.
Familiarity with Saudi Arabian market: local standards (SASO, IEC, etc.), supply chains, import regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English and Arabic.
Self‐motivated; ability to work independently; resilient; willing to travel within the region.
Good organizational skills; ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities at once.
