Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities: lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, networking in relevant industries.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients (distributors, contractors, firms, utilities).
  • Present and demonstrate product portfolio; understand technical specifications; advise customers on correct products, safety standards and applications.
  • Understand local regulations, standards and certification requirements for safety / electrical protection equipment, ensuring compliance.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts / terms.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets (volume, revenue, margin) within assigned territory.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends; report feedback to management; suggest adjustments in pricing, marketing or product range.
  • Coordinate with logistics, import/customs, and after-sales to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback on product performance, potential product improvements or adaptations needed for the Saudi market (e.g. local certifications, materials, packaging etc.).
  • Maintain accurate records of sales contacts, forecasts, and pipeline in CRM or other tools.


Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent) preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude; experience with safety / electrical protection equipment or related fields is a plus.
  • Demonstrable sales experience (B2B) in industrial / electrical / utility / construction sectors.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian market: local standards (SASO, IEC, etc.), supply chains, import regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Self‐motivated; ability to work independently; resilient; willing to travel within the region.
  • Good organizational skills; ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities at once.
