The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards at project sites. The role ensures compliance with Qatar safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment across school projects.
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans
Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions
Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and project safety requirements
Carry out toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions
Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; prepare detailed HSE reports
Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures by all workers
Coordinate with site teams, supervisors, and management on HSE matters
Maintain HSE documentation, records, and compliance reports
Degree or Diploma certificate attested by MOFA (mandatory)
NEBOSH certification (mandatory)
Minimum 4 years of experience in HSE roles
Ashghal project experience not mandatory
Good knowledge of HSE standards and site safety practices
Ability to communicate effectively and enforce safety compliance
Third-party candidates are acceptable
Sponsorship transfer is not required
PPE and uniform will be provided by the client
Salary: QAR 4,400
Transportation: Provided by client for candidates residing in Najma / Mansoura
