Overview:
The HSE Officer is responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards across IT and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures within IT and project environments.

• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.

• Lead incident investigations and report findings with corrective actions.

• Coordinate HSE training and awareness programs for staff.

• Ensure compliance with national HSE regulations and internal safety standards.

• Support project teams in integrating safety measures into daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.

• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are a plus.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within IT or infrastructure sectors.

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.
