HSE & Security Lead

Marsa LNG is seeking an HSE & Security Lead for its LNG plant in Sohar. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role leads health, safety, environment, emergency response, occupational health and security activities while supporting plant startup and long-term operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE, security and emergency response programmes.
• Manage risk assessments, Permit to Work and SIMOPS activities.
• Support commissioning, startup and operational readiness.
• Oversee firefighting, medical and security services.
• Lead emergency preparedness, incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Monitor HSE performance, audits and KPIs.
• Manage plant and marine security, including ISPS compliance.
• Ensure workforce HSE training and competency.
• Manage HSE and security budgets and contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Six years of relevant experience.
• Omani nationality.
