EHS Engineer

Support EHS delivery for Larsen & Toubro’s Power Transmission and Distribution work in Sohar.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe work methods, hazard identification and risk assessments, environmental aspect studies, emergency response plans and project EHS plans.
• Investigate incidents, conduct internal audits and inspections, follow up corrective action and monitor legal and client compliance.
• Train staff, subcontractors and site workers; review personal protective equipment and promote site safety practices.

Requirements

• Diploma in electrical engineering listed as the minimum qualification.
• Five to seven years of required experience.
