HSE Specialist

JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated HSE Specialist to enhance our commitment to health, safety, and environmental excellence. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing forward-thinking health and safety protocols, conducting thorough risk assessments, and fostering a culture of safety across all levels of the organization. You will lead safety training initiatives, perform site inspections, and ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within project management environments
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
• Experience with risk assessment and incident investigation methodologies
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Certification such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent is highly desirable
• Proficiency in HSE management systems and software applications
