Role Overview

We are seeking an Omani HSE Specialist to support design review and site supervision activities for major projects. The role will focus on ensuring compliance with HSE standards, reviewing safety requirements, and monitoring site activities to maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct HSE design reviews and provide safety input during project development.

• Perform site supervision and monitor compliance with HSE requirements.

• Carry out safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

• Review contractor HSE plans, method statements, and safety procedures.

• Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Prepare HSE reports and support project teams in maintaining safe work practices.

Requirements

• Omani National with preferably 20 years of HSE experience.

• Experience in HSE design review and site supervision for major projects.

• Strong knowledge of HSE standards, regulations, and safety management systems.

• Proven experience in site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

• Good understanding of construction and project safety requirements.

• Relevant HSE certifications and strong communication skills.
