To develop, coordinate, and deliver Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training programs for employees, workmen, subcontractors, and visitors, ensuring compliance with company HSE standards, client requirements, and statutory regulations while promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Conduct HSE induction programs for new employees, subcontractors, and visitors.
- Deliver safety training sessions on topics such as:
- Work at Height
- Confined Space Entry
- Lifting & Rigging
- Hot Work Safety
- Electrical Safety
- Permit to Work (PTW)
- Fire Prevention & Emergency Response
- Incident Reporting & Investigation
- Defensive Driving
- PPE Usage and Awareness
- Identify training needs through site inspections, audits, and incident analysis.
- Develop and update HSE training materials, presentations, handouts, videos, and assessment tools.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, examinations, and field observations.
