To lead, implement, and continuously improve the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management system for offshore fabrication yard operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, project requirements, client standards, and statutory regulations, with the objective of achieving zero harm, zero incidents, and environmental protection.
- Lead and manage all HSE activities within the offshore fabrication yard.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project HSE Plan, procedures, and guidelines.
- Promote a strong HSE culture across all levels of the workforce.
- Advise Yard Management on HSE risks, performance, and improvement initiatives.
