Your Impact
As a Safety & Security Intern, you’ll be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day safety and security operations that protect our people, boutiques, and brand across the UAE. From learning the essentials of regulatory compliance to participating in real-world investigations and technical projects, you’ll gain hands-on experience at the intersection of luxury retail and corporate risk management. Your Main Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Support daily safety and security operations across our boutiques in the UAE, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for clients and teams.
- Participate in security briefings, site visits, and incident response activities, gaining first-hand exposure to risk management in action.
- Assist with investigations, contributing to fact-finding efforts and follow-up reports.
- Help coordinate and roll out security training sessions and awareness campaigns for staff.
- Take part in the design and planning of technical safety and security projects for new locations and special events.
Administrative Tasks
- Contribute to the preparation of management reports and presentations, communicating key findings and recommendations.
- Assist with vendor coordination and support the management of security-related spending and procurement systems.
- Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation, including safety inspection records, Civil Defense certifications, and Occupational Health Cards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with teams from Retail, Events, Finance, Visual Merchandising, Store Planning, and more to ensure a holistic approach to safety and security.
- Participate in meetings and projects that require coordination across multiple departments, building your network and understanding of the luxury retail ecosystem.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated in Political Science, Security or Risk Management, Criminology, International Relations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in safety, security, or risk management through coursework, projects, or internships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
