Description
Qualifications
- Develop, update, and implement HSE policies, procedures, and the HSE management system.
- Conduct risk assessments, job safety analyses, and HSE audits across project sites.
- Monitor compliance with Saudi regulations (including the Ministry of Human Resources occupational safety requirements and Civil Defense requirements), client HSE requirements, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Lead investigations of incidents and near misses, identify root causes, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Plan and deliver HSE training, inductions, and awareness programs.
- Review contractor and subcontractor HSE plans and method statements.
- Track HSE KPIs and prepare monthly reports for management and clients.
- Support site Safety Officers with technical guidance and supervision.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness plans and drills.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
- Certification: NEBOSH IGC or equivalent.
- Experience: 2–5 years of HSE experience, preferably in facility management, construction, or industrial environments.
- Languages: English and Arabic.
