Job Title: Safety Officer (EHSS)
Location: KSA
Experience: Min 5 years in Safety domain within Petrochemical Industry
Must be graduate with osha & Nebosh certifications
Job Summary: The Safety (EHSS) Officer will be responsible for implementing and overseeing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures within the organization. The officer will work to ensure a safe working environment in compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures to mitigate risks.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on safety practices and protocols.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend preventive actions.
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation and reports.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with OSHA and NEBOSH standards.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- OSHA and NEBOSH certifications are mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the petrochemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: SAR 2,500 to SAR 3,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
