Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to ensure safe working practices across construction sites and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on-site

Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits

Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented

Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions for workers

Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and client requirements

Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports with preventive measures

Maintain safety documentation and records

Coordinate with site engineers and project management for safe execution of works
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects

NEBOSH certification (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of HSE standards and site safety practices

Good communication and reporting skills

Ability to handle multiple site safety responsibilities
Preferred:

Experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects

Knowledge of Qatar/local safety regulations
