Key REPONSIBILITIES\:  
• Provide technical safety engineering support to projects and operating assets across 
all phases (Concept, FEED, Detailed Design, Execution, and Operations).  
• Prepare, review, and coordinate technical safety studies and deliverables, including 
but not limited to\:  
• HAZID / HAZOP 
• Fire & Explosion Risk Assessment (FERA) 
• Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) 
• Bow-Tie and ALARP assessments 
• Firewater and firefighting philosophy and adequacy studies 
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessment workshops, and technical assurance 
reviews.  
• Ensure technical safety designs comply with company HSSE standards, regulatory 
requirements, and applicable international codes and standards.  
• Provide technical input on safety-critical equipment and systems, including 
identification, performance standards, and assurance activities.

• Support project tendering and contractor evaluations from a technical safety 
perspective.  
• Review vendor and contractor technical submissions related to technical safety 
scope.  
• Support operations with risk assessments, MOC reviews, audits, and incident 
learnings.  
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of technical safety 
guidelines, procedures, and KPIs.  
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, operations, HSSE, and external 
stakeholders.  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to process safety and risk 
management.
